  I’ve been reading other reviews and looks like other people have had better luck. The restaurant is still around when other restaurants near it has closed or changed hands. So I guess they must be pleasing some people.

  I come to this location all the time with my family. The service is fantastic and the food is always great...compared to other Swiss chalet locations. The Manager: Michelle always welcomes us with a smile and great service. You feel like you're at home at this location....great spot to bring your family for dinner without burning a hole in your wallet.

  In line still waiting to get to the window. It has been 36 minutes.. hold on I'm at the window now. 8 cars were in front of me and one left. What the heck? Longest wait ever. Worst location by far.

  The second time I decide to do take out thinking it would be faster. So I called my order in 20 minutes ahead of time on my way home. Got to the restaurant and waited 15minutes. No one explained to me why I was waiting so long. It was dinner time. The restaurant wasn’t busy. So I thought they had to make fresh chicken. But once I got home I realized I had made excuses for them. Again the chicken was shriveled up.

  We reserved two large tables for about 20 people, on a Sunday afternoon, recently. The restaurant was busy, so we did have to wait a bit for things like water refills and extra napkins, but it was very understandable. The waitresses were very nice and the food was served hot - no complaints here! We had a very enjoyable get together with friends and will definitely go here again :)

  The first time, it took forever for someone to take my order. Looked around and saw the staff standing around the kitchen. A couple of them caught my eye but they still didn’t come to take my order. When the food arrived it was definitely not freshly made or plated. Waitstaff did not come back to check if everything was ok like other restaurants do.

  This restaurant can't seem to get a take out order right if there lives depended on it. I just received my delivery and AGAIN it was wrong. I ordered the festive deal and it was missing the stuffing. Last order i received was missing the gravy that i also ordered and payed for. So I tried to call the restaurant directly to complain and it re-directs to their main 439-0439 number and I spoke to a representative who re-directed me to customer service which left me on hold for 15 min until I finally gave up and hung up. Ate my food cold!!!!! THANKS AGAIN!!!!!! WOW. I Cant even make a complaint. No one to complain too

  For my the service was very slow. It’s such a shame.
