  This place is only good to take your money. They have the worst customer service ever! If you have a problem or a return, good luck! I had a problem with them over filling a propane tank back in the winter. After trying to get through to the management to no avail, I contacted head office and spoke to the owner, my problem was then resolved after about a month. I also bought a MTD Yard machine tiller from them, had a problem, would not start due to no compression. I had to take the machine to their service center only to be told what I already knew (I am a licensed automotive technician) they gave us another machine after a long wait. Now, one year later this is happening again with the replacement machine (which was only used twice) I am not happy with the service at this store! BTW, the manager Mark tried telling me that it was due to not being serviced, after telling him about my credentials and correcting him on how engines work, he chose to try another "story" WHAT A JOKE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!

  I had a strange request that the staff here helped me with. I was putting together an outdoor bar table and realized one of the legs was defective, the threaded pilot hole was in the wrong spot, and of course I don't own a drill. Well all I needed was a hole to be drilled next to the hole that was in the wrong spot. Home Depot wouldn't touch it because they didn't want to damage anything but this table was useless to me unless I could get this new hole drilled. The staff at home hardware came through. Two of the staff at the back service desk helped me find a solution by drilling the hole and the one gentleman helped me choose a metal screw and washer that would work with the new hole that was drilled. I'm extremely happy and thankful they were willing to help me out!

  I deliver products there. Never had any problems. Staff is friendly and effective.
