  Very over priced and the flowers were definitely not worth the money. When they wrapped the bouquet the flowers were dripping wet and it looked so sloppy. Grocery store flowers are cheaper, fresher and they wrap them so nicely.

  Our family at the Egan Funeral Home have worked closely with Shelley and her team at Bolton Florist for over 40 years, starting with Shelley's mom, then Shelley and now her daughter Lily. They are a talented and creative team of professionals who treat all of their customers with empathy and respect. Their arrangements are lush and fresh, always delivered on time and always exceed our expectations. It is easy to see that Shelley and her colleagues love what they do by the care and precision they put into every arrangement. Weddings, anniversaries and funerals are events fraught with emotion ~ Bolton Florist makes happy celebrations beautiful to behold and softens the sadness of death with elegant tributes. We are proud to recommend this wonderful business.

  Recently went in to pick up flowers for my mother and was pleasantly surprised with the service, quality and selection of flowers that were in stock.

  I came in with my mother looking for a casket spray for my recently deceased grandmother. Rachel, the employee, was very rude and dismissive of our situation. She never offered condolences or even made eye contact. She showed us only two options (through low-quality images on a Facebook page) and my mother chose one (the cheapest of the two cost over $500). Despite the high price point, Rachel was extremely reluctant to answer any questions we had, and even told us that they wouldn't be able to deliver it to the funeral home on time. Wanting to just leave, we paid and left, without hearing any "thank you" or "goodbye."

  We later returned to ask for a refund, which took OVER AN HOUR of waiting in the store because they could not figure out a problem with the terminal. Another lady, the manager/owner presumably, was actually helpful and not rude. We wanted to support a local business, but we were disappointed to learn they had no intention of returning that respect to customers, especially those in mourning. We will be buying the casket spray elsewhere and not returning here again.
